Joe Gibson
Joe has spent much of his career working with kids, both as a third-grade teacher and a college football coach. Those experiences have shown him how much young people can grow when they’re given patience, encouragement, and the chance to be part of something. His work with children with disabilities is also a big reason why inclusion means so much to him.
As Every1Camp’s Director of Advancement, Joe helps more families learn about camp and builds relationships with people and organizations that believe in its mission. He isn’t someone who only works behind the scenes, though. You’ll also find him at camp, getting involved, talking with families, and seeing firsthand what the experience means to each camper.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys coaching, playing guitar, camping in the Adirondacks, and spending time with his family and friends. He brings that same easygoing energy and genuine care to Every1Camp, helping create a place where every camper feels welcomed and included.
