Meet Our Founder

Reed Warner

Reed Warner was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He began his career as a Physical Education Teacher at Arkport Central School in Upstate New York, where he passionately combined education and sports. Reed spent his summers organizing and leading basketball camps across the country in Colorado, Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, and New York with Point Guard U, which eventually led him to transition from teaching into running basketball camps full-time.

Reed was deeply inspired to start Every1Camp by his nephew Jacob, who passed away from brain cancer at the young age of 5 and spent his final days in a wheelchair. Wanting to create a space where children with disabilities could experience the joy of sports at no cost, Reed founded Every1Camp. Additionally, Reed is motivated by a young family member currently battling Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood (AHC), a condition causing episodes of temporary paralysis that can last for days (www.miracle4mandy.com). Reed’s empathy for his family fuels his dedication to offering joy-filled days to children facing various challenges, ensuring every child can enjoy sports and childhood without barriers.

Reed cherishes moments spent with his wife and son, guided by his faith in God in both personal and professional endeavors. His journey is driven by the joy of giving back and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
