Jim is a physical education teacher and longtime coach from Hornell, New York. At Every1Camp, he creates a place where every child can play, try something new, and feel like part of the group. He keeps camp fun, encouraging, and welcoming for kids of all abilities.
Joe Gibson
Director of Advancement
Joe helps build relationships with families, local organizations, and school districts throughout the year. He also teaches third grade and coaches college football. Whether he is helping plan what comes next or spending time with campers, Joe is always ready to pitch in.
Isaac Snowden
Director of Marketing
Isaac handles photography and marketing for Every1Camp. He documents the big moments, the quiet wins, and plenty of the fun in between, helping families see what camp is really like. His photos and stories put the campers in the spotlight and help more people understand why this program matters.
Tim Vilkhu
Camper Experience Manager
Tim has spent years coaching youth basketball and loves seeing kids gain confidence through sports. He hopes to continue coaching and eventually work in education. At camp, he’s quick to join a game and always up for a Rainbow Igloo dance battle. So far, the campers are still undefeated against him.
Alex Vilkhu
Camp Program Manager
Alex is studying to become a physical therapist and enjoys helping kids stay active and feel comfortable trying new things. At camp, he’s never far from the action, whether he’s helping with an activity or cheering someone on. He wants every camper to feel supported and ready to join in.
