Jim Dagon
Jim Dagon, born and raised in Hornell, NY, has shaped his life around his love for sports and helping others. Starting his career as a Physical Education Teacher, Jim worked with students of all abilities, placing a strong emphasis on inclusion. Over the years, he has coached various sports for his hometown school district, always focused on more than just the game. His mission has been to create environments where every child, regardless of their challenges, can thrive.
Jim’s decision to join Every1Camp as Camp Director comes from his commitment to giving children with disabilities the same sense of joy and belonging that sports provided him throughout his life. He’s passionate about creating an inclusive space where every child, regardless of ability, can make friends, be part of a team, and simply enjoy playing together.
His commitment to helping others is at the core of everything he does, and it fuels his passion to make Every1Camp more than just a camp—it’s a place where every child feels like they belong.
